| Are there any special items we should bring with us for the ULTIMA? |

It would be advantageous to bring a camera, earplugs (especially for the hour flight from Nadi to Savusavu), flashlight, insect repellent, swimsuit, lotion, sunglasses, hat, water shoes, and anything else that will add to your experience in the tropics.
We suggest bringing a personal journal for use during the program. If you have a favorite music CD, please feel free to bring it along with you.
