We suggest that you wear natural fiber, loose fitting garments that are suitable for easy entrainments, SRI, and floor work. It is important that you bring a large towel or mat for floor work during the program. During the program we suggest that you eat lightly and avoid the consumption of alcohol. Please avoid wearing earrings, crystals, watches, necklaces, leather garments and belts.
