A swimsuit, lotion, sunglasses, hat, and water shoes will be appropriate for those wanting to enjoy the sun and water.

We also suggest bringing a personal journal for use during the program. If you have a favorite music CD, please feel free to bring it along with you. 

Although, most rooms at Formica will have a hair dryer available, one may want to take a European plug adaptor if you are bringing a hairdryer, camera, or other electrical devices.
